CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Concept Commercial Construction. Gilbert, Arizona. Full-Time. $100,000 – $145,000 annually.

We’re growing, and we need a Project Manager who’s ready to own their projects, lead real teams, and build something they’re proud of.
What You’ll Own:
Lead all phases of commercial TI projects, from client walkthrough and estimating handoff through scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and final punch.
- Be the communicator everyone trusts. You'll keep clients, subs, and internal teams aligned, early and often, so there are no surprises, only solid outcomes.
- Manage budgets like it's your own money. Track costs, process change orders promptly, and protect margins while delivering top-tier results.
- Partner with our superintendents and trade partners to hold the line on quality, schedule, and safety, and genuinely enjoy doing it.
- Ground-up builds are in our mix too, particularly fast-paced healthcare, office and retail projects where your experience will shine.
What You Bring:
Required: 5+ years managing commercial TI projects:
- Big plus: Ground-up construction experience, especially Healthcare office or retail.
- Tech: Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
- Communication: You're clear, proactive, and reliable, clients and teams always know where things stand.
- Leadership: You get results through people, not around them.
- Mindset: You treat every project like your name is on the sign.
