We're a 15-year-old commercial construction firm in Gilbert Arizona, looking for an experienced estimator who's ready to lead pricing strategy, not just fill out spreadsheets. You'll work arm-in-arm with our founders Chris and Matt, not through three layers of management.

We're a 15-year-old commercial construction firm in Gilbert Arizona, looking for an experienced estimator who's ready to lead pricing strategy, not just fill out spreadsheets. You'll work arm-in-arm with our founders Chris and Matt, not through three layers of management.
What You'll Own:
- Full estimating lifecycle: preconstruction through contract on commercial TI and ground-up projects
- Subcontractor relationships and buyout strategy
- Risk assessment and value engineering
- Preconstruction collaboration with ownership and project teams
What You Need:
- 3+ years estimating commercial construction projects (or equivalent experience as a Superintendent/PM who knows the numbers)
- Solid grasp of cost modeling, bid management, and construction means/methods
- Strong communication skills—you'll negotiate with subs and present to clients
- Bonus points: TI experience, Procore fluency, CM degree
